• Orders: name, address, email, phone and payment details, to deliver your order. Handled by Shopify. Legal basis: contract. We keep order records for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it.
• Live reminders and updates: your email address if you sign up, to send TikTok Live reminders and news about new drops. Legal basis: consent, confirmed through a double opt-in email. Stored at Brevo until you unsubscribe.
• Contact form: your name, email and message, to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Kept for up to 12 months.

Shopify (shop and payments), Brevo (email), and other service providers that help us run the shop and website, such as our website host and delivery carrier. We do not sell your data. Where a provider is outside the EU, it is covered by standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawing consent at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link). Email hello@tenderlovingselfcare.com; we reply within one month.

You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
