Tender Loving Self Care is a trade name of Atelier Aleyna. You can find our full business details in the imprint.

Prices are in EUR and include VAT. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Payment is handled by Shopify at checkout.

Delivery times and rates are on our shipping page.

You can cancel and return an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email within those 14 days, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Email us first and we will send you the return address. We refund the price, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the return. You pay the return postage.

For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Unopened sets in original condition can.

If something arrives damaged or not as described, email us within 14 days of noticing it. Dutch consumer law gives you a legal guarantee on products and we will repair, replace or refund.

Sets contain skin and self-care products. Please read each product's ingredient list before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, stop using the product.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
